We take great pride in our products and the thoughtfulness behind each design but understand that our approach may not align with everyone’s preferences. If our philosophy does not resonate with you, we kindly ask that you refrain from ordering a Milestone Kitchen. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Website and its services. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

- “Products” refer to all items available for purchase, including ready-made units, factory seconds, once-off pieces, décor items, and auctioned items.
- “KZN” refers to KwaZulu-Natal, “JHB” refers to Johannesburg, and “CT” refers to Cape Town.

5. Product Purchase
5.1 Product Availability
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change product prices without notice.
5.2 Condition of Products
- Some units available on this Website may have wear and tear and are sold as factory seconds. Any imperfections will be disclosed to the best of our ability, but all factory seconds are sold as-is.
- Once-off pieces and auctioned items are unique and may not be restocked.
- Variations in wood grain, color, or minor imperfections in solid timber units are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects.
5.3 Errors and Omissions Clause
- While we strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability, errors or omissions may occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel an affected order with a full refund.
5.4 Order Confirmation
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. It is an acknowledgment that we have received your order.
6. Payments & Pricing
6.1 Payment Methods
- We offer Direct Bank Transfer.
- Make your payment directly into our bank account using your Order ID as the payment reference.
- Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared.
- If we do not receive your payment or proof of payment within 5 days, your order will be cancelled, and the stock released.
- For orders available for local collection, we you can purchase have the option to make your payment through PayFast.
6.2 Pricing
- All product prices for items available for direct purchase on the Website are listed including VAT. Price lists for products available to order will be provided as a downloadable document, these prices are excluding VAT, VAT will be calculated in the provided quotation. All prices are subject to change without notice.
7. Delivery & Collection
- Information regarding product delivery can be found in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Our Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the procedures for returning products and requesting refunds, and it is also incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milestone Kitchens (PTY) LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Milestone Kitchens website or the purchase of our products.
